We use the CDC (Complying Development Certificate) pathway wherever possible. CDC approval typically takes 10โ€“16 weeks to site start date โ€” significantly faster than a traditional DA. Build time is typically 45 weeks from site start to completion. All up, most clients are collecting two rents within 12โ€“15 months of engaging us.
We only recommend sites where CDC approval is highly probable โ€” assessed before you commit to the land purchase. If a certifier requests modifications, we manage the response as part of our service. Our site selection process is specifically designed to avoid this scenario.
Yes โ€” we find the block and manage the entire project from start to finish. Site identification, CDC lodgement, builder coordination, construction oversight, and handover. You have one team across the whole process. You don't need to manage architects, certifiers, or builders yourself.

With two separate purchases, you pay two lots of stamp duty, and both properties are valued at market rate from day one.
